Returns and Exchanges
Fragrances are sealed products, so returns follow clear rules.
Sealed product
An unopened, unused bottle can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged product
If a bottle is broken or the parcel is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will replace the product.
Wrong item
If the fragrance you received does not match your order, the exchange and the new delivery are on us.
How to proceed
Write to us on WhatsApp with your name, your phone number and the fragrance concerned.
